GR BahadurganjAraria Highway Private Limited (“GBAHPL” or the “Company”) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), incorporated on March11, 2021 for implementation of the Project “Four laning of Bahadurganj – Araria section of NH327E from Km. 49.000 to Km. 93.983 (Package II) onHybrid Annuity Mode in the State of Bihar. GR Infraprojects Limited (GRIL), controls 100% of the equity interest in GBAHPL.

Total Length of Project i.e.44.983 Km of NH-327E joining Bahadurganj to Araria and total project cost set forth in financial package as per clause 23.1 of Article 23 is 1081.7 Cr. The LOA for the project was issued by Authority (NHAI) on 03 March 2021 and Agreement was signed on 04April 2021.
